Our Covered series, which pairs up some of our favorite classic literature alongside a variety of artists, is back with Olivier Bonhomme’s take on George Orwell’s dystopian sci-fi novel, 1984.
Oliver brings the oppressive feeling of Orwell’s vividly dark setting, Airstrip One, and features the tyrannical Big Brother’s famous slogan. Orwell’s masterful book displayed a paranoid society, always under watch, and always under a tyrannical leader’s thumb, and we think Oliver has created an incredibly faithful and interesting take on the original story.
