Bottlebux Rewards Program
What is the Bottlebux Rewards program?
Bottlebux is a rewards program that converts every dollar you spend on purchases online and in store from our gallery into a set amount of Bottlebux. For every $1 you spend, you’ll automatically receive 5 Bottlebux Points. You must be logged into Bottlebux before every purchase in order to accrue Bottlebux. Points are cannot be added retro-actively. You are allowed to use only one redeemed code per order.
How do I sign up?
Signing up is free and easy, just click on the Bottlebux Rewards button located on the bottom left of your screen. If you already have a BNG account, just login, earn some points and you're ready to go! If you don't have an account with us, just click on the create a store account button and follow the on screen instructions, you'll also be rewarded 200 Bottlebux for doing so! You must have earned some points and made a purchase on your account to be considered an active Bottlebux member.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you reach certain milestones listed below, you'll be rewarded with a code to use during checkout on your next purchase. You can start redeeming points once you reach the first tier of 750 Bottlebux!
To redeem, click on the Bottlebux Rewards button that is floating on the lower left hand corner of the homepage and then follow the prompts.
- 750 Bottlebux = $5 coupon towards any online purchase
- 1500 Bottlebux = $10 coupon towards any online purchase
- 3000 Bottlebux = $20 coupon towards any online purchase
- 3750 Bottlebux = $25 coupon towards any online purchase
Do points/coupon codes ever expire?
Nope! Your points do not expire, however unused rewards will expire in 6 months from the date of redemption, so please use them!
I've been a BNG customer for a few years now, how can I get Bottlebux for all my past purchases?
Bottlebux debuted on May 8th, 2017, therefore only purchases made after this date and only after account creation are eligible for Bottlebux accrual. Points are not retro-active and will only accrue once you are registered for the program and are signed in to your account during checkout. We cannot add points for prior purchases made before enrolling into the program.
I don't see the Bottlebux Rewards! button, what gives?
We've noticed a lot of workplaces block the button from appearing, so please make sure you are on a public/home network when trying to access the program. We've tested it on all browsers and mobile devices and have had no issues reported. If you do encounter an issue, please feel free to contact us at anytime.
