"I had the honor and privilege to be asked to create a poster for the first Pixies show in a three show stretch celebrating the 30th anniversary of their debut album "Surfer Rosa". I was asked to do my own personal interpretation of the Surfer Rosa album cover for the show and I was quite happy to oblige. I love being able to tell a story with my art and when creating this piece i wanted people to look at it and form their own conclusion. This is my favorite gig poster to date and the printing is spot on. Shout out to Inhouse printing and Chris and Ian Williams over at Tsurt for the opportunity and advice."
