This Friday we return to the Batcave and discover a legend!
We’ve waxed poetic about Batman: The Animated Series often in the past, so we’re excited to announce our first collaboration with John Calmette, one of the immensely talented background painters from the original series. The wild fusion of dark backgrounds and art-deco aesthetic led to one of the most unique looking animated shows of all time, and John’s excellent work has amazed us for decades. John’s print takes us directly into the Batcave with slick renditions of Batman, Robin, the Batmobile, and many of the other Batcave decorations present in the show.
