The weekend’s almost here, and all work and no play makes us a dull boy, so we’re having a laugh with Jock and flying high with Lyndon Willoughby!
Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo’s reality-shifting comic series, The Batman Who Laughs, has been terrorizing comic lovers for a while now, and we’re losing our minds over turning Jock’s vicious cover for The Batman Who Laughs #1 into a 3D lenticular print. The character design in the series is metal as heck, and Jock’s cover art rocks.
Lyndon’s two newest prints cover very different films: Superman and The Shining. Lyndon injects his design for the ever-hopeful original Superman movie with whimsy and delight, tying in the brilliant tagline of the film with the concept. For The Shining, Lyndon’s pared down the movie to several representational objects, and created a minimal, talismanic interpretation of the classic Kubrick film!
