Hey, all! We’re always thinking of ways to improve how effectively and efficiently we run things at Bottleneck and ways to save our supporters money, so we’re excited to introduce a new feature and section on our site: Shipping Refund Request!
The Shipping Refund Request allows buyers to easily and directly request combined orders. Combining shipping saves buyers money, and also lets us be more efficient and less wasteful with the shipping materials we use!
