Our Grateful Dead Artist Series of officially licensed prints keeps on rocking with Joey Feldman this week!
Joey’s first print, “Uncle Sam Wants You”, is an ode to one of the Grateful Dead’s team of mascots, the Uncle Sam Skeleton. Joey’s rendition of the Dead icon features the Skeletal Sam in his well-known pose, all filtered through Joey’s gonzo art style.
Joey’s second print, “Heady Skull”, is an explosive reimagining of the Dead’s lightning bolt skull icon. Joey did a great job paying respect to the band’s classic imagery, while adding his own unique spin on the skull.
In addition to the brilliant art, we’ve worked with Joey on some truly interesting and trippy variants using a variety of printing techniques that we’re excited about!
Joey’s prints, alongside limited variants, will be available as a timed-edition release from Wednesday (2/20) @ 12PM EST through Thursday (2/21) @ 11:59 AM EST on our homepage, Bottleneckgallery.com!
