Theodora Capăt continues her journey through Middle Earth with a new alternative movie poster for The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers!
It’s been a few years since Theodora started on their print series for The Lord of the Rings trilogy, and we’re ecstatic to return to the mystical lands once again. Theodora’s pieces often start as paintings–paintings that overflow with mood and atmosphere, all wrapped up in a dark fantasy aesthetic. Each painting is filled with painstaking detail and the layers of expert craftsmanship are bewildering.
Theodora’s piece for The Two Towers features many of the film’s beloved characters, all gloriously rendered by Theodora’s brush, and a number of iconic locations and set pieces from throughout the movie. Theodora’s interpretation of The Two Towers is perfectly moody, and feels appropriately darker than the previous entry in the print series.
