Comic conventions offer a massive cross-section of fandoms to coalesce and celebrate under a single roof, and Star Wars fans have been convention mainstays for decades. In honor of all our Star Wars fans, we’re having an intergalactic bash with new, officially licensed art from; Matt Ferguson, Mark Englert, Todd Slater, Pablo Olivera, and Lyndon Willoughby!
Matt Ferguson caps off the newest Star Wars trilogy with his print for The Rise of Skywalker. With minimal color, Matt’s image focuses on the climactic clash between Rey and Kylo Ren as the fate of the galaxy rests in their hands.
Mark Englert backtracks a bit to Rey’s relationship with Luke in Rise of Skywalker. Rey’s training under Luke, much like Luke’s original training under Yoda, is a highlight of the new trilogy, and Mark’s print brings the comparison full circle marrying the original trilogy with the present one with a mesmerizing glow-in-the-dark layer.
Todd Slater continues his intergalactic portraits series with our favorite mischievous Jedi, Yoda! Yoda’s original design and puppetry was a beautiful spectacle of craft and creativity, and Todd’s encapsulated the old bugger perfectly with his newest portrait.
Pablo Olivera unveils a trilogy of prints commemorating some of his favorite moments from the original movie trilogy! From Han and Chewie blasting their way to safety to the Battle of Hoth to Leia’s imprisonment by Jabba, Pablo’s created three widescreen prints brimming with his personal affection for the original trilogy.
Lastly, we’ve teamed up with Lyndon Willoughby for a print print capturing one of the most highly regarded stories in modern Star Wars, The Clone Wars. The animated series has been running for years, crafting intricate and emotional stories for characters swept up in the battles befalling their worlds, including fan favorite Ashoka
All of these Star Wars prints will be available for purchase Tuesday (10/13) @ 12PM ET on our homepage, Bottleneckgallery.com!
Mark’s print, alongside a limited variant, will be available as a timed-edition release from Tuesday (10/13) @ 12PM ET through Sunday (10/18) @ 11:59PM ET on our homepage!
All of the artwork is released in conjunction with Acme Archives, the official Star Wars licensee.
