This Friday, we’re going Phishing with Jim Pollock, and releasing a sought after sunken treasure, and then Karl Fitzgerald rocks out with Death Cab for Cutie!
Back in 2002, Jager DiPaola Kemp Design (JDK), who have produced numerous Phish designs over the years, hosted Jim Pollock’s first major retrospective, aptly titled “Phirst”. The exhibit featured several Phish-related commissions as well as Jim’s hemp series showcasing his environmental advocacy. 17 years later, Jim hopes to see a revitalization of the movement with more art on tree-free and hemp-content paper. With that consideration, we’re making a small number of Phirst prints available for the first time online.
Karl’s latest gig poster features a stunning rendition of his painterly style that perfectly matches the mood and tone of so much of Death Cab’s discography!
Jim and Karl’s prints will be available on Friday (6/21) @ 12PM ET on our homepage, Bottleneckgallery.com!
