We truly love what we do here at Bottleneck and we’ve been grateful to do it for over 14 years.
One of the biggest drivers of our early growth was the Expresso Beans community. When we were just starting out, there weren’t many places to share or promote what we were doing and Expresso Beans was the place to be. This was years before Facebook groups became a thing.
Over time, due to technical issues and shifts within the hobby, the site unfortunately faded from the spotlight. As longtime collectors moved on and new ones came in, it became easy to forget just how important it once was.
Over the past year, however, the Expresso Beans team has made major technical improvements, and we’re happy to say the site has been running incredibly smoothly.
Since Expresso Beans operates entirely on secondary sales and user donations, it’s always in need of support. So we reached out to a few friends to help give back. Today, we’re releasing David Welker’s Poster Frog, an ode to the poster collector, with 100% of all profits going directly to Expresso Beans. The money from this release will go a long way.
If you’re new and have never visited the site, we encourage you to check it out. It’s an invaluable tool for keeping up with current releases across the entire market and discovering new artists. And if you’re a longtime member who may have written it off in the past, rest assured, it’s come a long way and it's smoother than ever.
On Monday, we will announce how much was raised and donated.
