This Thursday, we join the Rebels with a brand new showcase of prints from John Berkey!
John Berkey’s impact on Star Wars was profound, and helped inspire George Lucas and others crafting the foundation of the original Star Wars films. John’s paintings captured brilliant sci-fi worlds and offered an interesting balance of realism and abstraction, and his Star Wars paintings are the zenith of that stylistic approach. The Rebel Hope Showcase gathers a number of John’s excellent Star Wars images, focusing on the characters that we’ve loved for decades.
