Ralph was originally commissioned by George Lucas in the ‘70s to create concept work based off of the original Star Wars script in order to better pitch the movie and story to film execs. Ralph’s galaxy-defining concept work became a foundational element for Star Wars, and holds a special place in so many fans’ hearts. This time around, we have six prints from Ralph’s ouvré that spotlight many beloved characters, most notably C3PO and R2-D2! Ralph’s concept art offers an incredible look inside the making of the initial trilogy, and features so many elements that made the films pop culture mainstays.
