We’re back with another week of exciting releases, and we’re kicking, punching, and ninja-ing our way through Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle history, but with a twist!
Four decades ago, Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird’s first issue of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hit comic shops and introduced us all to our favorite fighting mutant turtle brothers and their unique world. With Kevin Eastman’s striking black and white art, and a captivating 40-page story, the first issue remains a milestone moment in comics culture.
To continue to commemorate the first issue’s legacy, we created a Multi-Layer Acrylic edition of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #1 comic cover art. This new edition brings more depth to the original image and allows the Turtles to literally pop off of the page! Additionally, we’ve got a comic sized Multi-Layer Acrylic edition–sometimes we get a little carried away with our shrink ray.
TMNT #1 editions will be available for purchase on Monday (12/16) @ 12PM ET, on our homepage, Bottleneckgallery.com!
