Francis Ford Coppola’s film, The Godfather, is a touchstone of American filmmaking, and it’s a movie that everybody here at Bottleneck has grown up respecting and cherishing.
George’s Godfather piece faithfully recreates Michael Corleone’s meeting with Virgil Sollozzo and Captain McCluskey, while showcasing George’s varied artistic aesthetics. This scene is utterly enthralling, and pulses with nervous energy as Michael heads to the background to grab a previously planted gun, and we think George did an excellent job nailing the scene’s mood with this print.
