This Friday, Alex Hovey and David Pavon help us in celebrating classic stories and their Disney adaptations, and Glen Brogan brings a new sheriff to town!
Alex’s alternative movie poster for Disney’s jammin’ Jungle Book movie is full of song and dance as the characters all congregate around Mowgli. Alex’s piece pays homage to the original storybook version of The Jungle Book in the form of an ornate frame and some fascinating pattern work permeating the piece.
David’s storyboard-esque take on Beauty and the Beast spotlights Beast’s castle in its cursed and uncursed states. Focusing on the famed Disney castle architecture and the surrounding woods, David’s print is a beautiful ode to one of the most iconic castles in animated history.
Lissen, varmints, Glen’s newest print features our favorite rootin’, tootin’ cowboy, Kermit! Glen’s print is a stunning Western vista with Cowboy Kermit taking a gander over the land’s majesty. Glen’s one of the biggest Muppets fans we know, and we’re just so gosh darn excited to be working with him again on officially licensed Muppets prints.
