This Tuesday, we Trek home with Vice Press and join Dave Merrell for a Raid!
We’re joining our Trekkie pals over at Vice Press to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Leonard Nimoy’s Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. The film is a whale of a time and features a wild plot involving time travel, a doomed Earth, and humpback whales. Matt’s print captures the fun of the film perfectly and the foil edition adds a nice pop of color to the excellent sky space Matt drew up!
2011’s The Raid remains one of the most impressive modern action movies to date. Dave’s print captures the pure, nonstop choreographed chaos of Rama and his team’s attempt to penetrate and survive the apartment compound. Dave’s unique approach to perspectives in his art often puts the viewer directly into the action, and this one makes us feel like Mad Dog is after us.
