This Thursday, Conor Smyth takes us aboard Howl’s Moving Castle, and then we’re transferring over to The Polar Express with Stuart Holroyd!
Dublin illustrator Conor Smyth’s art focuses on setting and scenery, and uses brilliantly illustrated landscapes to tell stories. Conor’s piece for Hayao Miyazaki’s Howl’s Moving Castle features the eponymous castle in all of its glory, the ever-lovable Turnip-Head, and some exquisite scenery.
Stuart Holroyd’s print for The Polar Express is a loving rendition of the story, and makes us yearn for the snowy holidays again. In the spirit of the story, 100% of all profits from Stuart’s print will be donated directly to Toys for Tots!
