Baroque portfolios continues their Artist Series continues with another gig poster legend, and somebody we’ve looked up to forever, the enigmatic Zoltron. Zoltron’s work is synonymous with gig posters, and the rock ‘n’ roll art scene as a whole. For their first portfolio project together, they wanted to spotlight Zoltron’s iconic character, the lovable and apocalyptic Sue Nami. Baroque worked alongside Zoltron to create a 100% archival portfolio that features new, embossed Sue Nami art on the front and back of the portfolio. Working off of the idea of having a large, leather bound fairytale storybook starring Sue, they’ve incorporated Zoltron’s general aesthetics into the creation of this dark storybook, including a custom enamel zipper pull in a high contrasting black and white color-way.
