This Thursday, we’re releasing Pablo Olivera’s newest sci-fi landscape for cinematic milestone, Metropolis, and Jason Raish tackles his print for Watchmen!
Pablo’s landscape prints are now a fan favorite, and his newest print inspired by Fritz Lang’s Metropolis is a stunner. Metropolis’ incredible aesthetic design is still an awe-inspiring feat almost one hundred years later, and Pablo’s rendering of the city of Metropolis is appropriately grand in scale.
“Time is simultaneous, an intricately structured jewel that humans insist on viewing one edge at a time, when the whole design is visible in every facet.” Jason’s illustration takes the watch motif, and splices it with Dr. Manhattan’s time-defying existence, sprinkling in a bit of Manhattan’s penchant for taking things apart and rebuilding them, in order to create a satisfying, encompassing Watchmen print!
Pablo and Jason’s prints will be available for purchase on Thursday (5/14) @ 12PM ET on our homepage, Bottleneckgallery.com!
