This Wednesday, we’re releasing Joey Feldman’s first offerings for 2020, including a charity print created specifically to help the unfortunate wildfires wreaking havoc in Australia. In addition, we're proud to announce our first print release with Korean artist, Leegan Koo!
For Spafford’s late December show dates, Joey’s created a gig poster and art print utilizing delicate, yet wild, linework showing a delicate, yet wild, couple dancing. Joey’s image is focused entirely on the two dancers, losing any stray elements that may take the spotlight off of the couple.
Joey has also taken the time to create a print in order to help the current relief efforts in Australia. The New South Wales area of Australia has been dealing with absolutely devastating bush fires, which have, among other terrible statistics, killed 480 million animals. Brave firefighters and civilians have been battling the situation, and we’d like to contribute monetary help. 100% of the profits from the print release will benefit Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park--which is a wildlife park that helps ensure the safety and care of an immense multitude of animals in the Kangaroo Island area of Australia.
We’re always in awe of just how charitable our art community is during times of crisis, and we’re working on more efforts to raise money for relief efforts in Australia. Please keep an eye out for upcoming charity releases!
We've been admirers of Leegan's artwork for a while now, and we're happy to present our first release with him. Leegan's work is a major mixture or surrealism, pop culture iconography, and fine painting. Our first release with Leegan is a snowy, surrealist nightmare, and we can't wait to introduce more of his work to our audience!
Joey and Leegan's prints will be available for purchase Wednesday (1/8) @ 12PM ET on our homepage, Bottleneckgallery.com!
